TECOMÁN (Colima)

We arrive in Tecomán in the evening ... the bus leave us close to the market. Somehow I'm happy to be with Adrian, since I don't have so much confidence with the place yet. We find a small hotel close to the market and then we run off to drink a beer. Tecomán is really small and fast to visit, but for us it's just a night-stop to catch the bus tomorrow morning toward the Michoacán coast.

Arriviamo a Tecomán la sera tardi ... il paese é piccolissimo e l'autobus ci lascia vicino al mercato. In qualche modo ringrazio di essere con Adrian perché ancora non ho molta confidenza col posto. Troviamo un alberghetto in zona e andiamo a farci una birretta. Tecomán si gira in fretta. In realtà per noi é solo una sosta notturna per prendere l'autobus domani verso il Michoacán Coast.

But the day after Adrian changes his plans. His parents (which are mexicans) told him that the streets along the coast are really bad and that it might take longer then a month to get in Chiapas! He has been in Mexico already for two months and somehow he starts to have homesickness ... so, his plans now are to fly to Palenque and then go back to Los Angeles rigth after NewYearDay. So, my plans now are to continue my way to the beach again by myself! In the meanwhile Eric writes me some information on how to find some of his friends at the beach over there ... he wrote me: your contacts are Pablo and Cristian. I'm telling you that's not a problem if you just show up - La Llorona is only a beach !!!

L'indomani mattina però Adrian cambia i suoi piani. I genitori al telefono gli dicono che le strade lungo la costa sono molto brutte e che per arrivare in Chiapas lungo quella rotta ci vuole più di un mese. Lui é giá in giro da due mesi e inizia a soffrire di homesickness ... vuole arrivare a Palenque il prima possibile e tornare a Los Angeles subito dopo capodanno. Per cui la mattina dopo ci dividiamo, lui prende un aereo per Tuxtla e io continuo il mio viaggio di nuovo da sola! Nel frattempo Eric mi da alcune informazioni su come raggiungere alcuni suoi amici che stanno in spiaggia da quelle parti ... mi ha scritto cosí: I tuoi punti di contatto sono PABLO e CRISTIAN .
Ti dico solo che non e' un problema arrivare e trovarli - La Llorona e' solo una spiaggia.
